Search engine optimization (SEO) is most important things to learn for increase blog ranking. Without knowing SEO, no one can optimize blog or website in search engine. So if we can’t optimize our website, then how to get website visitors or how to make money from blogs. Without SEO (Search Engine optimization) website is worthless. Some days ago too many newbie told me to share some effective ways to optimize website. That’s why today I create this post for share on page SEO tutorial. This tutorial will help you a lot while you writing a content for your blog. So without wasting our time let’s see some basic tutorial for on page SEO.     

On Page SEO tutorial (Newbie friendly):

Post title:

Post title is the main thing of content. So I can tell Title is king. You can spend up to 10 minute for finding a great and attractive title for your blog post. Because readers first read your post title not content. If they see your title is amazing, they obviously interest to read your content. But if they see your title is boring, no one interest to read your content. People can leave your site if the title not interesting. Remember, it will be better if you write a title not more than 70 character.    

Meta Description Tag:

Now a day’s keyword tag is not important for blog posts. Just make a good description about your blog posts. It will be better if you write Meta description not more than 140-160 character. Don’t copy some sentence from your blog post for your Meta description tag. Just write the description uniquely.

Note: Meta description tag worthy for on page SEO.       

Meta keyword Tag:

Some months ago keyword was most important part for SEO (search engine optimization). But after some Google update it’s not worthy now. You can put 1-2 keyword tag for your blog posts if you want. 

Before witting content:

When Google update their last algorithm, they checked quality content more than other parts of blog. So when we create content for our blog, make sure that are unique and quality. In your blog if you have more than one page with same content? Your blog will penalize by Google.  

Don’t think you write articles for search engines. You always write good and quality articles for your visitors or readers. It will be better if you can write a article more 500 words.  

Keyword density:

Now I tell you in this on page SEO tutorial about keyword density. After you choose a keyword for your blog post, you need to put your keyword between blog posts. If you create 500 words content, then use the keyword not more than 7-8 times between your posts. If you use too many times, your post will be caught by spamming. So make sure about keyword density while writing content.   

Header Tag:

When you write some important title between blog posts, use <H2>...</H2> or <H3>...</H3> tag for bold your titles that are between your post. Don’t use too many time header tags in your blog posts. Otherwise it will also caught by spamming.

For Example:  

<H2>Type your title here</H2>
<H3>Type your title here</H3>

Note: Type those tags in HTML editor. 

Internal / External links:

Now you can learn from this on page SEO tutorial about internal and external links. Internal link is really great for increase page rank. So we need to increase internal links, because it will also helpful for increase link juice. Make sure you need to increase internal link for visitors. If visitors or readers click your internal link, you will get backlinks and increase page rank fast. Remember, it will be better if you use no follow HTML code for internal link.

Images:

Insert at least 1-2 images per post. If you use images in your blog posts, your posts will looks great. The recommended part of image is, don’t use copyrighted images and make sure to put ALT tag in every image.    

Bold or Italic:

Just bold some words or sentence between your posts and something use also italic. Don’t use too many bold or italic words. It will looks like spamming. So be careful about this.

Note: You can also bold your keywords that are between your posts.

Permalink:

Now let’s learn what is the benefit of changing permalinks from this on page SEO tutorial. Permalink is one of the most important parts of blog links. Make sure your permalink look like %Post name%. Before you publish content in your blog, check your permalink URL and make sure it’s short not long. You can also type your keyword in permalinks. It’s worthy for your blog post to index in Google first page.
